ortho micronor question

I've been taking ortho micronor.
I had to stop taking it 3/11/13 because I was scheduled for surgery 3/12/13.
My husband and I had sex 3/9/13.
I started bleeding the day after my surgery. My first and only postpartum period so far was 2/26/13.
I am paranoid that I could end up pregnant because sperm can live 3-5 days and that ortho micronor is only effective if taken the same time everyday.

I am wondering if anyone know if it is possible to conceive during breakthrough/withdrawal bleeding.
