Leg cramps

I am 5 weeks pregnant & my legs have been cramping up (right behind my knees) & i cant find a way to find them to stop. I tried eating bananas but that didn't work. Please help ! Any suggestions ?

Potassium and calcium will make the cramps go away.

I had the WORST charley horse last night!! I can hardly walk this morning, my calf muscle is so sore.

Nothing and I mean nothing helped mine. I got them multiple times a night from 20 weeks up until I had him. The number one thing I hate about being pregnant!!
