pp acne

I never got many breakout before getting pregnant but during pregnancy I broke out bad on my face and chest. After about 3 months pp I started breaking out all over my back, face, chest and got KP or little red bumps on my calves and back of arms. I am very natural but nothing I tried worked. I broke down and tried benzol peroxide and staylic (sp) acid. I've tried proactiv, neutrogena, tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar and body scrubbing. It has gotten better but as soon as some heal more pop up. I feel gross. Anybody have hormonal can and know how to treat it?

Do you sweat a lot? If not that could help. Run extremely hot water in your tub & boil 2 big pot fulls. Pour the 2 pot fulls in the tub & wrap up in a towel or even sit nude so you can sweat a bit. Stay hydrated though. Afterwards i'd take a shower to scrub dead skin off

Since I've had my youngest, I have spots that kind of look like pimples that come up on my boobs, arms and legs, but they hardly come to a head. They can get rather big, and are VERY sore if they get big. Some of the bigger ones even turn purple. I hate it, and I wish I knew how to make them go away!!

Ugh that sucks. Mine are pimples but some take forever to have a head on them. It is always in the same doors too. Its so frustrating

It takes mine forever to come to a head, if they do it all. It really does suck!!
