Pearly/fertility computer?

Does anyone use one?
I want to start using one because I'm going to be using NFP from now on. Birth control just doesn't work for me, and I don't trust condoms (my family has way too many condom-failure children), and don't trust calculating on my own completely.
If you use it, how well did it work for you? Do you like it? Was it worth the money?
