Girl I wish there was but it's just a part of the process. Take it easy, try not to move around, and put everything on it that the doc gave you.

I would just soak in some Epsom salts. Made me feel better. And it may sound a bit strange, but every time I had to pee I stood in the shower, turned it on and peed there. The water helped. This was with my daughter.

With my son we didnt have a bath so I got those little toilet seat bath type things you filled an iv pouch with warm water and Epsom salt, filled up the little dish, placed the tube in the dish and it soaked my vag and the tears felt so much better while on the toilet. (Forget what it's called though)

I tore quite badly and This sounds wierd but when I peed I would have a spray bottle of previously boiled water and spritz my bits as a I urinated. It helped alot and it also helped because it cleaned the area so I only had to dab myself dry rather than wipe.

I hope you get some relief soon mama xx

They gave me ice pack pads & epifoam   <3 one of the best creations ever. One little squirt of that stuff would stop the burning & ripping sensation. I had an episiotomy so it helped tons

There is nothing you could do, but it does help to use the squeeze bottle from the hospital and just squeeze water onto your sore area while you pee or pee with running water in the shower. You'll feel better soon. Congrats on the new baby

Hi, when I had my son I tore as well and I agree about going for a pee. I use to pour a cup of warm water down while peeing, it really helped me   x
