Quoting ℳizz ℊiz. :" <blockquote><b>Quoting Sonia[MOBAS]:</b>" My ultrasounds were not comfortable for me. ... [snip!] ... had some bleeding once. I think she stretched a stretch mark."</blockquote> Wow!! I didn't know that could happen"
Quoting ℳizz ℊiz. :" I am 19 weeks and today at my ultrasound everything was fine. But then she slid over one spot on my tummy ... [snip!] ... our babies are 9 and 10 ounces. I feel them both moving right now, but now I'm worrying that maybe the ultrasound hurt them??"That's normal! your belly is so sensitive I had exactly the same and I've had loads of scan! x
Quoting ℳizz ℊiz. :" Also I push slightly on the spot now, (not hard. As gentle as she was sliding over the spot. So just slight pressure.) and I feel NOTHING anymore. The weird feeling is gone."I'm thinking it probably was just one of the babies' limbs especially since you said you can push on it now without it hurting. I wouldn't worry too much although I know it's hard to do! My ultrasounds didn't exactly hurt but I do know sometimes when they would press up against my ribs, it would be a shooting pain. What you described though sounds like what I experienced(not during my ultrasound) but my girls would move and they would, not even joking....rake their arm across my stomach. You could literally see it as it happened and felt their elbows. Lol. It was odd. That would hurt and kinda sounds like what happened with you when the tech pressed down against your stomach.
