I think it's me. I hate myself. And the more I think about it and try to make myself not care, the more it bothers me.

I need therapy or something. I just don't know how to go about getting it. If I told DH this I really don't think he would take me seriously.

She's almost two.

But I've been suffering off and on with depression since I was 10. I've never took medication or anything.

I do both. Hair and makeup. Totally prefer makeup. It's amazing what makeup does.

Maybe you should check into it... I'm not one for medication BUT if its needed and it works then go for it. It can't be as bad as hating on yourself all of the time. You may not realizes it but LO will be happier when mommy is happier. Even if you don't try meds you can try talking to someone. It can and will get better, you just have to find the right path to take you where you want to go...
