I love being able to feel a difference! And go you! I would be way too nervous to post thong pictures LOL. I had pictures in my yoga pants..but you can't see my butt very well because they are black and the lighting in my room isn't all that great..so I settled with just normal underwear pictures.

So I did my first set of squats last night in heels! I didn't think it was so bad..but my butt is sore today lol

I know if your knees are going over your ankles then it is hard on your knees. You basically have to pretend you are sitting back in a chair. Like if you aren't using heels to do them, then when you squat down you basically want the majority of your weight on the heels of your feet.

Give yourself a wider stance. While you are in the squat you should be able to move your toes up and down, all of your weight should be in your heals.

its bending at all that hurts my knee, after 2 bends i grimace and keep on going but it sucks.

Just finished my second day of squats! I wore heels again and also used 14 1/2 pound weights to make it more intense. And it definitely does lol

i paid attention to my weight last night, and that actually reallllly helped.. it still hurts, but not really until after squat 10..

so i think i will eb getting some sort of support and see how that makes a difference. id like to be able to get to 20-25 before pain, and then ill just split it up and do that per hour, so i can still get my goals.

So today and yesterday I did the squats, plus 30 day shred. Surprisingly, I feel pretty good. Not as sore anymore and I can actually move around later in the day.
