If it helps, I did his pacis in the bottle warmer once a week.  

I sterilized them once. Just before she was born. Every other time, just a really good wash

I didn't either. Not with boiling hot water or anything anyways. My water is hot enough to burn my hands, so I got some dishwater and let them soak til I could stick my hands in. That's how I always did it.

I would sterilize them when I first bought them and then every few weeks if I remembered I'd boil them for a few minutes after a good scrub...
