My lil guy is hyperactive already!!!

I am 20 weeks pregnant and today I had a exam. the last few times I have been having a exam they checked the heartbeat and could not get a number because he was moving so much but they did hear it. Well today I went into my exam hoping he would let them take his heartbeat. Apparently he was again moving around like crazy but my midwife was determined to get his heartbeat rate. She finally did it was 146 and she said to my stomach "well you cant hide for eve"r and about that time he kicks the monitor and causes a loud thump. Lol... makes me wonder what kid of toddler he is going to be...
