Where to start counting?

Question for you ladies... what point did you start counting your weight loss? The highest you were at the end of your pregnancy or the point when you started to really try to lose the weight?

I don't know if I should have my starting point be 205 (the # I was the day I delivered) or 163 (the point from which I have started to really work on losing the rest of the baby weight & then some).

LOL, I was thinking that today.. I would feel so much better about my weight loss then, lol
