Sick baby or allergic reaction?

Hey all. I have an 11.5 month old girl. She has never been sick before besides a cold. When she was a baby she had horrible acid reflux and spit up every feeding. Well we have been introducing more foods lately. Almost a week ago we started scrambled eggs. She did fine and loved them! This morning I have her eggs around 11:30-12. She had probably too much. Then right after she decided she wanted her puffs she left on the couch. And around 2:15 she had been asleep for about 20 mins. (Nap time) I heard her cry a little then stop. So I went on and he sat up and had thrown up right where she was sleeping. Just in that small area. It was practically all eggs and some formula. She has been eating normally and acting normal all day. No fever. No diarrhea. No rash. She is still acting normally playing with her toys and crawling around smiling. Could this be an allergic reaction that came on way later? Or a bug that oddly only made her sick once? Maybe just over fed? Not sure but just worried it could be an allergy. Anyone experience this?

I'd lean towards over feeding if that was her only symptom.

I'ld say that without a rash, fever, or any visible swelling then she probably just over ate, I had a couple of children in my care with egg allergies when I was at work and generally a rash was the first sign of a reaction, it normally occurs quite quickly after ingestion too. Just to be safe maybe wait a couple days before reintroducing a small amount of egg and keep a close eye on her

Yes she hasn't gotten sick or had any other issues all day. She is playing on the couch right now lol. She's not fussy or running a temp, nothin.
