Really love says that before you guys become a couple he wants to get a degree or be stable and fix somethings in his life?

No. If a man wants someone, NOTHING will stop him from being with her.

Nope......

Did he give you an estimate on how long that might take?

To be MARRIED? I can see how that makes sense. To be a COUPLE? That's weird lol.

def. not. if a man wants you, nothing will get in his way. stress & hardship in a relationship is what makes the love grow fonder, that is, if you really love someone and want to make it work.

She says he said just le him get his degree and she can have him however she wants...

If he was going to school somewhere else, and was still coping or dealing with a previous relationship and wanted to start fresh with her, I could understand that. Unless she has other pans in the fire it wouldn't hurt to wait, and if something better comes along in the meanwhile well..yippy lol

He is just getting out of a prior relationship so I guess he wants to take things slow

I wouldn't wait on that. Now, if the person has kids (the woman) and he wants a stable life before trying to combine their life, I'd see that as responsible.
However, I don't think there is one person for everyone. If they're still both free when he's ready to be in a relationship, cool. I wouldn't hold it against him. However, if she finds someone else in the mean time, that's good too.
