baked mac n chz

so i want to make this from scratch but my only issue is that i dont have a chz grater ...so what is the best way to cut the chz and will it work just as good as when u use grated chz?

Are you making a white sauce then melting the cheese into it?
Just slice it super thin. It will take a little longer to melt, but it should work fine.

sorry i dont usually say anything but how hard is it to say cheese?

Cook the noodles, then strain and put them back in the pot. Add thin slices of cheese and mix it all together while the cheese melts in. Make sure the stove isn't too hot so you don't burn it.
Then put it in the baking pan.
I put bread crumbs and drizzle melted butter over the top.

lol i hope so too ive never made it homemade but im a pretty good cook so i think it will turn out ok
