My son is almost a year and a half. I'm getting a second car so i'm going to need another car seat. He weighs just shy of 30 pounds. And he is about 31 1/2 inches long. Is the saftey 1st vantage booster car seat okay for him? He is already forward facing but I am confused to whether this is just a booster or if its a car seat and booster in one?

Its a booster car seat is what it says. Someone has a new one for sale and they only want fifty dollars for it. So that's why i'm asking. Plus if this is a two in one that makes it a lot better so i dont have to buy a booster later on down the line. Here is the link to it.
Seats that ONLY FF for some reason are labeled as "booster seats". with the 5 point harness that seat has, yes it's safe for your son to use it. It might "convert" to a belt positioning booster" and can be used longer and for a higher weight limit. It should say int he seat the mim weight, which I belive is 20-22 pounds depending on the seat.
