Our grill rusted out so now i broil it in the oven.
I line an old spring pan with aluminum foil. Then I lay steak flat. Pour Worsaucer sauce, Yokaido's Terakyi sauce and sprinkle Montreal Steak seasoning on top. Its FABULOUS. The combination is so good. I add enough sauce so that the steak cooks in the juice. It comes out tender, juicy and flavorful.
Occasionally, I'll do Dale's, Soy sauce and Italian dressing. I always season with Montreal Steak seasoning though. Its so good.

I use the steakhouse marinade by kc barbecue I think is the brand. And I just salt and pepper it lightly before throwing it in the bag with the marinade and throw that in the fridge for an hour.
When I don't feel like using that I just put seasoned salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and call it done.

I don't use marinades or sauces of any kind. A good steak tastes great by itself. I always grill it.
