Confused

Ok so i was on birth control i started on Dec 30th and stopped on Jan 20th so pretty much only for a month, then got my period on Jan 22nd. I didnt get back on BC but i was due for my period on Feb 26 and have yet to get it, i took 2 pregnancy test a week and a half after being late but were both negative. Could it just be all irregular because of the birth control even though i only took it for a month?

Yes. I went on BC for a month and it screwed up my cycle for a couple of months, then I got pregnant..
