Coconut Oil.

I use desitin for my LO...but it doesn't seem to work to good on him, unlike his cousins...  
On my oldest niece we use bagbalm (lol yeah...I know it's for cows, but that stuff is amazing! I used it on my stomach while pregnant too) and her rash will be gone in a couple hours. And it's not that expensive...

I do follow, just wondering which butt paste is preferred for everyone else. I try not to use anything at all. I put Vaseline in the crease of his legs occasionally, but otherwise I let him air dry after cleaning him up and just leave him be. We have sensitive skin, and I'm allergic to coconut so coconut oil wouldn't be an option either, since it would make me break out lol! I may start trying some of these powders yall are talking about on myself since I have a small "flab" Over my csection scar

Def no corn starch then. The yeast feed on it and will make it worse.

Vaseline and only Vaseline unless that hasn't worked then I will resort to an actual cream ...

we use corn starch too   i like the lavender and TTO vegan cjs or the BUTTer plus for night time

Aveeno works great but if my LO has a bad rash,I use Zincofax extra strength. It had something like 40% zinc in it and the rash is gone in 2 days! I get it at Wal mart and I think Target sells it too

With my first we used Johnson butt cream. but that was 9 years ago with my 4 year old and 8 month old I never had to use anything.

The Boudreauxs I'm currently using is 40% zinc oxide as well :-)
