What is this? (rash)

I don't remember seeing it when i got DD dressed this morning but I felt it on her when we were playing this afternoon. It's on her upper back and belly. Wasn't washed with anything different, no new lotions or detergent. Oh and she's 14 months. She doesn't seem bothered by it, I just don't know what it is.

That's kind of what I thought but it's like 40 degrees out and not hot in the house lol. Maybe she got too hot snuggling in bed with me this morning.

Could be an allergic reaction.

Also looks a LITTLE like what my sons back looked like before his excema broke out.
