TTC help.. Clomid and cycle days. HELP.

A family member of mine is TTC with some issues.
She took Vitex once and 3 days later got AF.
She took clomid from CD 3-CD 7 like she was supposed to.
Using OPKS and all negative but still a visible second line.
Got a faint positive HPT on CD 15..
When would she have ovulated? during the clomid? Is that dangerous?
Anyone have soem insight I can pass on to her? Thank you so much
