Abortion Pill--has anyone taken it?

Has anyone taken the Abortion Pill? If so can you tell me your experience with it? How far along were you when you took it?

@HiHoSilver: The abortion pill blocks the pregnancy hormones from continuing the pregnancy and basically causes your body to go into a miscarriage.

Edited: I didn't take the pill, but when I got my abortion, I didn't go with it because I was scared it wouldn't work for me.

My aunt took the abortion pill. She said it was terrible. She's also had the other abortion procedure.
She was 8 weeks pregnant, and said she had to send the kids to her mom's because she was in such pain. She was throwing up, and extremely crampy.

Everyone is different, though.
My mom also took the abortion pill, and didn't complain once.

I took the pill. I was a little over 7 weeks. It was painless for me, just a pretty long, gruesome process but I liked being able to do it within the privacy of my own home.

Im so glad all of you ladies are stickimg uo for this woman! No right to judge! I did take the abortion pill. And for all you critics I did take the mornimg after pill first! Neways I was only like 5 maybe 6 weeks. You take the pill at the clinic go home and its like having a miscarriage. Not bad cramping. Better then surgical I would think

Is it just one pill then? Or is it multiple pills? Thank you all for understanding, I am not a bad person, we use precaution and for whatever reason it didn't work--maybe it was my fault it didn't work because maybe I wasn't taking it right? I don't know. All I know is that we have two children now and that is all we want. I know that can sound bad to some, but this is what I feel is absolutely right for me.
Also, am I able to have the IUD inserted right away or do I have to wait? I'm not sticking with the pill anymore--not after this. Thanks again to you all for not being mean and nasty. I tried posting before and it got deleted or sent to the drama corner and I couldn't see the post anymore. I just need advice and it's nice to hear from people who have been in this situation and have done the same thing I am wanting to do.

Yeah actually you did. You assumed that she wasn't using protection and its not your place to question her about that in this forum. If you didn't do anything wrong, I wouldn't have had you modded. Read the rules of this forum before you decide to reply. Thanks.

I wasn't judging you in anyway possible o just asked a question cause you see women that do things like this on purpose so please don't listen to the other ladies ob here and getting it stuck in your head and thinking that's what I intended on doing cause it sure wasn't , god forbid u say or ask one question on here everyone attacks you like you meant something horrible bout it

I believe its just one pill. You will need to speak with your gyno about having an IUD inserted. They need to make sure that everything is out of the uterus and that you are healed before the implant it.
