re: Abortion Pill--has anyone taken it?

I took it at a little over 6 weeks.
I took the one pill at the clinic after receiving a vaginal ultrasound to be absolutely sure of how far along I was. This pill blocks the hormone progesterone, which is needed to continue a pregnancy.
They sent me home with a prescription for cytotec which can be inserted vaginally or in the cheeks. They had me put mine in my cheeks. I also had a prescription for hydrocodone and vistaril (an anti nausea and anti anxiety drug).
I actually started bleeding before I ever started the cytotec which happens sometimes. The only cramping I had was when I first started bleeding, slight cramp in my back. Other than that, I just took it easy. Didn't have much pain.
Just heavy bleeding.
