New upbeat attitude.

I hit an all time low about a couple months ago, I drank alcohol instead of ate, I smoked every hour, if I binged I purged. It was horrible. I was depressed and at my darkest point. Then last week I told myself enough was enough, I need to be happy, no one needs to live like this. So now i'm practicing Qi Gong, tomorrow i'm going to pick up a blender and some fruits, i'm going to detox my body completely. No more diet sodas, no more cigarettes, no more alcohol, no more lazy. I'm going to get up and move. I'm finally going to be happy.

Good luck, Believe in yourself and find support. Once you detox your body and get active you will be amazed at how great you feel and hopefully with that new found energy and positive attitude you can stay focused on the road ahead. It wont be easy but it will be worth it for you and your family. PM me if you ever need to talk. I have never personally gone through something like this but I am a great listener.
