Preemie ROP

In a nut shell... My son was born at 25 weeks and 2 days. He is now 5lbs 6oz and just needs to get his feedings down so he is still in the hospital. The doctor told me yesterday that he has stage 3 ROP and I was wondering has anyone else gone through the same thing or somewhat similar and what was your outcome? Should I be worried or am I worrying to much??

i don't have personal experience, but I think this will require regular monitoring and possible laser treatment.
they'll definitely want to make sure it doesn't go further.
before you're discharged, you'll want to be sure to line up an opthalmologist.

but your doctors will explain that to you
