3d/4d Ultrasound

I'm currently 27 weeks and 1 day. I've been debaiting on weather I should schedule a 3d/4d US. Is it worth it or waste of money?

Do it. It's so neat. A lot of places have HD ultrasound now too.

I had one with my first and loved it! It was so exciting to see him and such a fun thing to do in pregnancy. With that said I am also the kind of mom who can not go 9 months without knowing the sex.
I will have it done this time again for sure!

But if its not a big deal to you, you arent missing out on much

I just had one at 31 weeks and I'm glad I did! I brought 10 family members with me and we made it a party. That made it a better experience to have everyone involved!

I really wanted one with my 1st but his father wasn't supportive (let alone around for the pregnancy) so I just didn't do it.

This pregnancy I couldn't have been more blessed with the father of my baby.. He's so supportive and excited! I really am thinking of scheduling one with in the next few weeks because I'm so anxious to see this lil boy! I'm sure my SO will be excited and enjoy the expriance since this is his 1st child.

I got one at 27 weeks, but she was sooo little, I wished I'd waited a little more. But she was born at 5lbs 6oz, so she was tiny

Aw congrats on your baby girl   That's what I'm kind of scared of is going too early or going too late ( and him being all smashed. Lol ) I'm probably going ti call and schedule one for 28/29 weeks.

lol, that was over two years ago.

But I always measured small, too. If you're measuring on time 28/29 weeks is ideal

He's measuring ahead by 4 days ( not much ). I think I'm going to call and schedule a appointment today   Thank you for your input Lady's.

I think you should definitely go for it. I will be 30 weeks tomorrow with our first and we have a 4D ultrasound appointment for Saturday. We are so excited and can't wait! Good luck!

I'm going to talk to SO about it when he gets home from work. I'm sure he'll agree to whatever I wanna do.

YAY! I scheduled my US for Tuesday! I'm excited to see this lil boy!

That's the same situation I have been in & am in right now too   I'm definitely going to schedule a 3/4D ultrasound with this one, we both can't wait to find out the sex of the baby!
