not to induce but to be ready..

any one know of things to do at 36 weeks NOT TO START LABOR but to help my body prepare for the big day. i know baby is still needing to develope but natural things that can help get ready. things that may help labor go easier.. not sooner.. sorry for all the i dont want labor early inputs but i just want it clear because im not wanting a million replys about how baby isnt ready. im really not trying to be abitch and i am sorry if i came across that way. thank you in advance for your input.

Walking. It's the best thing that can help. It is physically moving your muscles and can help make your birth and labor easier. It won't "cause" labor unless your baby is ready.

Nothing helped more, nor made it easier. You can try red raspberry leaf tea or capsules. It's supposed to ease labor

I looked it up...I don't think I'm gonna rub olive oil on my cooch anytime soon..

Basically just pushing down and stretching out the open of your vag. Doctors usually do it while you are in labor to help with things. I would worry about it taking longer to get that to tighten back up afterwards. I had SO do it a few times, no olive oil or anything, right before I delivered. Feels really weird though lol
