sebaceous cyst (gross)

pleae dont quote because this is gross and kind of embrassing so i'll most likely delete it lol.

I've had a lumpy thing or my aerola for a while now. i went to my gp because it was sore and inflamed. she called it a sebaceous cyst and referred me to a breast screening specalist to make sure it was nothing.
i had an ultrasound done and it was ontop of the tissue, he called it a blocked gland (not sure if this is the same as a sebaceous cyst?)
by the time i had this u/s it had popped and a lot of smurf had come out so it was much smaller.
anyway, he said that he wont remove it because its harmless and cosmetic. suckful  

so it popped (before the u/s) almost every day i can squeeze smurf out of it, liquid stuff, when it first popped there was liquid and heaps of solid puss stuff coming out and now all i get is liquid.

basically my question is is it 'ok' for me to squeeze it? my Dr said it will continue to fill up unless the core (or something?) comes out. makes sense to me but will it eventually squeeze out myself or will i need surgery to remove it?

Pretty sure I have one of those, same thing as you explained... Lol I pop it everyday  

i just popped one on mine while at the doctor the other day.. i was bored and my boob was itchy... i looked and there was a lump on my areola ... i squeezed and yellow smurf came out. it was gross. kind of ironic because the doctor appointment i was at was a consult to have a different cyst removed. so gross.

that sounds so disgusting, but so awesomely fullilling to pop it.

ha, i love popping stuff. im a creep. id keep squeezing it. what is the "centre" or whatever that's supposed to come out? that part creeped me out!

I guess it depends how big the core is, it will probably go away on it's own, it'll just take ages, if they cut it out it will heal faster, idk why they wont just cut it out for you?!

its so foul lol.

you know when you have one of those annoying pimples that wont go away until you get a really good squeeze and all the pressure makes it burst onto the mirror and you're like FINALLY GOT THAT MO FO!
i imagine its similar to that only bigger lol?
maybe its just me that gets those pimples...

my Dr said because its on the aerola they probably will remove it, but they arent.
i might go back to my dr and see what he says.
he shouldve got the report from the specialist by now.

LOL i actually tried to take a pic when i forst posted but my phone camera isnt focusing on it.. its heaps smaller now, honestly it was like a second nipple!

did your dr have a look at your boob one lol?
