Cold or flu? Help

Symptoms started last night and have gotten worse during the day
Coughing
Woke up with a migraine and have continued to have a headache for the rest of the day
Fever of 102
Full body aches
Sore throat
Chills
Vomiting

idk could be the flu. Sounds like the respiratory virus I had last month as well.

The "flu" the influenza virus does not cause vomiting.
