Being Induced Question
posted 12th Mar
I had thought about being induced at 39 weeks since I have scoliosis and lordosis and it's making me pretty miserable. My midwife and doctor said that being induced causes a %50 chance of having a C-section, which I REALLY don't want. I'm just wondering how many moms have been induced and how the induction turned out?

I was induced. My son almost died.
Don't do it. You made it 39 weeks. You can make it a few more.

Induced with my second. Had an easy vaginal delivery.

Yup you will more than likely also have an epidural which could help in also having a cesarean.
You are so close, hang in there for a little longer.

I was induced with my last baby and everything was just fine. No c-section. No complications.

I was induced. It failed and I ended up needing a c-section.

I was induced and had a vaginal birth. But I would never do it again.
I also have scoliosis and was induced at 41 weeks. Yes its miserable but worth it. Wait it out. Let baby come naturally.

I think I'm just going to tough it out and wait for little dude to come when he's ready! Thanks!

I was induced with my oldest 2. Both ended up in vaginal births and 6 hr labors so I had a good experience. But the contractions hurt a lot more.
