I Fell..

I feel like such an smurf..

I was walking out of class yesterday & outta nowhere.. BAM! I feel onto all fours on the sidewalk. I have no idea why, I just lost balance. I scraped up my knee pretty bad & my wrist. Since then baby's been moving around like normal, my knee just burns like a mother effer.

I just wish I could stop feeling like smurf about it. I keep telling myself it wasn't my fault, but I can't help but think of what could've happened I guess? It's hard to explain. Have any of you ladies fallen while pregnant?

I slipped when I got out of the shower on my butt. It hurt like a mother! I felt kicks afterwords so I didn't think anything of it (aka I didn't see the OB).

Don't feel like an smurf, it's not your fault. I fell both of my pregnancies. Once right on my butt and the other on my side. I went in and saw the doctor both times to be safe & all was well. Don't beat yourself up about it.

I think pretty much everyone? Your center of balance is soo far off normal, it's bound to happen. At least you fell on all fours and not on your belly.

I lost my depth perception with my first daugther. Was taking out the trash and had to go under my carport out in the yard and I thought I was farther away from the overhang and smacked my face into the overhang.
With my third daugther I was playing with my husband and was 39 weeks and ran after him and slipped on my pants and busted my ass. Luckily the babies have enough cusion in there to not be affected. I felt like I'd been in a car wreck.

First pregnancy, 10 weeks, I slipped on ice and fell down my porch stairs, on my knees. Second pregnancy, 17 or so weeks, tripped over my cat and rug burned the hell out of my left knee. If I ever have another child, I'm wrapping myself up I. Bubble wrap.

OMG I never fell hadn't for years then I slipped on ice hard! I was so scared I bawled all the way to my husbands work lol. Then like week later I chased my dog outside and bringing him inside my wet feet made me fall on the linoleum kitchen floor. I'm so embarrassed to admit this but I was so overwhelmed at the moment that I turned around put my dog on his lead, stormed inside and slipped AGAIN!! I was so mad at myself. Luckily those two times I landed on my knees but ya I'm sooo careful now since there's still snow and ice on the ground

with my first baby i kept tripping over things, stubbing my toes and my belly kept hitting door knobs lol i was for sure my daughter was going to come out with an indent on her head ^_^ im on baby 2 and im 7 weeks be 8 on the 14th so far no falling or tripping we shall see how it progresses lol
