Does anyone ever

Wake up with the feeling that you just can't wake up? I rarely ever get this feeling and only got up twice last night but It took me almost am hour to shake the feeling. It usually takes me about 10 minutes. Any ideas why this happens besides being tired? (Since its not an everyday thing?)
