ugh

i hate cooking rushed  

i didnt have time to thaw the chicken entirely, making spanish chicken and rice. i originally planned to do a crock pot thing but wanted to bring some into work because we have no food really that i could bring in for lunch, so i just went to cook it in a pot instead.
well i have to leave in like 10-15 min and the chicken is still pink  

blah. idk what to do. im starving lol i hate getting fast food and ordering out because its so expensive...

You could move it to the crock pot and have it for dinner?

ah yeah i could have but then i wouldnt have had anything for lunch.

i turned up the heat and cooked the hell out of it lol. bit of burnt stuff on the bottom of the pan but the rest was good
