Quoting Angela Nichols:" a flipper is a retainer with a tooth a bridge is where they put crowns on both the adjacent teeth with ... [snip!] ... middle, it's all connected and looks really nice.. more money, but a better option IF the other two teeth are in good shape."

Oh none of my teeth are in good shape.

14 years of pack a day smoking, drinking a 2 liter of soda a day, and junk food has ruined my teeth.

Not to mention that I went 10 years without seeing a dentist (other than for emergency). My area has a really good emergency dental clinic but they are limited in what they can do. Cavities and extractions are pretty much all they do.

I now see my new dentist every other week so far, but if I can time it right, I'll be going every week. I have 2 more appointments with her this month. I'm trying to go once a week

Hah, sure we'll stuff you in our luggage lol. I'm also getting my back tooth fixed because insurance won't cover it and it's over a grand here and like 200 there. How something that causes intense jaw pain and migraines isn't covered and labeled "cosmetic" is beyond me but whatever lol.

Quoting Kelly&Coralie:" I thought a flipper and bridge were the same thing   I am really uneducated when it comes to oral ... [snip!] ... canal, even if it were an option. I really just don't know what the best option in for me. I'm not even 30. I hate my mouth"

Are you sure if you had it rebuilt with temporary it wouldn't crumble away and break underneath the 'repair'   I'm sorry Kelly

I think you only have the bridge option that's expensive but long term

It was rebuilt once, after my pulpotomy back in november. And it's already crumbling.
