I had my son when I was 18 and I gained 60 pounds during pregnancy. Honestly I wouldn't stress too much about it because you're so young that its easy for you to lose weight. 1 month after I had my son I weighed less than before pregnancy! And I didn't even exercise or anything. So I wouldn't worry too much, it's a lot easier than you'd think.

Walking is probably the best thing you can do right now. It also helps your body for labor and birth. If you weren't exercising before and haven't done anything during pregnancy it isn't recommended to start a new intense work out routine. Walking can help tone and burn off some of the extra calories you may be taking in with indulging in cravings.

Treadmill would be ok, but I wouldn't suggest the bike. The pressure from the small awkward seating would probably cause issues.

I had my daughter when I was 17 and gained about 18kg. Lost it all within a few months after birth. Now 30+4 with my second baby and gained about 10kg. Probably going to end up with almost 20 extra kilograms again but I'm not worrying about it.

i'm 31 weeks and i've gained about 21 pounds. i was on the heavier side when i got pregnant anyway but i never want to hide from going out in public. you're not fat and most likely will lose a lot of that after you have your LO. so put on some makeup and cute preggo clothes and go out with some friends! have a good time and enjoy your baby bump

I'm 26 weeks and have gained about as much as you.. maybe a couple pounds more. I feel ya on feeling huge, but just remind yourself your body's gonna do what it needs to do.
I do a bunch of squats on a daily basis. My last pregnancy I did squats daily also and snapped right back to my original weight after I gave birth (and that was my first pregnancy), hopefully that happens again this time but I feel like I'ma be a little bigger than I was to begin with.

I think as long as you stick to easier exercise like walking you should be okay but don't over do it, they say that pregnancy isn't a good time to start new training, it's okay the weight won't be there forever and you'll have a perfect walking partner in baby when they're out

You can walk, treadmill, an elliptical burns more calories and is easier on your joints as your hips spread. Squats are good, especially with helping to get the baby into position to engage during the end. Lunges if you have enough balance.
