It's three thirty here, and we don't eat until six, usually, but my dinner's already pretty much made!

I've got a cheese fondue going in my crock pot right now, and we're having that with bread and chips for dipping, and dry ribs and cold cut veggies on the side. All I have left to do it put my dry ribs in awhile before supper...

What's your fondue recipe?

3 cans of Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Soup
1/4 cup of apple juice (You can use white wine as well...I do that when it's just my hubby and I.  )
2 cups of Swiss Cheese (Any kind of cheese works, but I prefer Swiss) chopped into thin squares
1/2 cup of Old cheddar cheese, chopped same as swiss
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt

It's really, really easy to make. You literally just put everything into the slow cooker for three hours, stirring occasionally until it's nice and thick.

Pizza biscuits sound really, really good...are they hard to make?

Not at all.   I just buy the flaky biscuits, push down the center of them with a cup so it's kinda hollow, then add my pizza sauce, the mozzarella cheese, and then the toppings I want. Bake it at whatever the can of biscuits says and just take out and eat. I usually keep it in a little longer cause I like a little crisp biscuits and my veggies cooked more. The kids love em cause they are little and look like mini pizzas, and without all that grease.

I'm going to steal your recipe...  I needed something to make for supper tomorrow, and those sound awesome!

They are so good. And so easy to make and they don't take very long.

Word of advice though, a little sauce goes a long way.

Here's a pic of some I made a while back..
