Yeah I have some friends who live down near you...we like to go visit them as a little vacation, because its close to the beach and we get to hang out with our friends.
I also have some friends who live in the "oak park in sac" and I don't visit them at their home! It's that bad.

I use the tulle rolls but I cut them and tie them on but I layer them so I tie two pieces at once for a fuller tutu. I have never done if with 1 piece

I would do a brown,green, & pink tutu with a polka dot ribbon wrapped waist
