DD is gagging on baby food

DD is gagging on stage 2.5.? She is a little over 8 mths. Should I go back stage 2 or keep trying? Is this normal for her to gag?

Try giving her finger foods so she can use her hands to feed herself.

It's pretty normal for babies to gag on baby food. They may do it b/c they don't like the taste/texture. My son used to gag a lot on baby food, but he did well with table foods. We did baby-led weaning with him though, and he never really got interested in foods until he was like 9ish months.

Its fairly common/normal. Its part of the learning process.
