Can't wait for his Dr. appointment!

So Oliver has a appointment tomorrow morning that we have been waiting for for a while now. I had to keep a log, then wait till the Dr. got back from vacation, then I got rescheduled cause the Dr. called in sick so finallyyyyy can try and figure out what is up with my baby!

He seems to be growing really slow even though he eats a lot(only formula) and anytime I have tried solids he only takes a few bites and then doesn't want anymore and/or will keep gagging. Then he will have the worst upset tummy and screaming in pain for hours. On top of that he has severe constipation that is always green or sometimes yellow and it's not constipation that he doesn't go in a few days but he needs to go a few times a day but he can't get it out.

I am up all night most nights cause of his fussing! Gahh I just want a happy baby!

Poor little guy. Ill be hoping you guys get some answers!
