question after dipaer change

So this morning I just finished changing my DS and while I was wiping him, I noticed the underside of his penis looked very very red. It didn't seem to bother him when I wiped and I tried to get a good look at it and its very very red. Is this something that I should make a doctors appointment for or should I just kind of keep an eye on it and monitor it to see if it gets any better throughout the day? He did have an extremly full diaper so I dont know if that could have contributed to it or what. Like I said it doesnt seem to be bothering him at all. Also do you think I should maybe put some zincofax on it and see if that helps it at all. Thank you

It's probably from where his member was sitting against the skin, my boy gets it especially when he's sweaty I put some cream right under it and it goes away  

My son gets a little red on his penis from time to time. Usually if he sleeps through the night and has a super wet diaper. We use desatin and it clears up. Whenever I observe redness I always wash with soapy warm water instead of just a baby wipe too. In my mind it makes me feel like I really got the area washed of anything that could have irritated him.

My son tends to get red just above the tip. He is a chub monster though so the skin folds over where it gets red. I just clean it real well.
