Back is on fire!

My back is like on fire, a hot pain, with achy cone and go pains in the front and baby is thrusting around like crazy!
I remember this with my son. I was on the way to the airport to pickup my grandna and had paramedics check me because I had no clue what labor felt like lol.
If only I could remember how far that happened before I had him..
Idk but oddly I enjoy this pain because if what is coming
Dilation check tomorrow and I'm betting 3cm and 50% effaced!
-how many cm before hospital? 4, right?
-what range can you get the epi? 5-7?
And I know 10 is push time
