Binge Eating..

Today, I am on a total binging spree.

Anything in sight I have been eating.. Gah.. I hate myself for doing this.

well im eating melted cheese on toast, i think yous call it grilled cheese, i have been craving it all day its yummmmm.

I went through that yesterday, I swear I looked in the fridge about 20 times hoping I would find something new that maybe I forgot I had...but nope nothing.

we have to go grocery shopping.... lol

We really need to start a support for this, Mel. I made a post about the "Coping Diet." It's most commonly done while hubbies are gone.

yeah me too...I am hating myself lately because of it...and I was doing so well too....

Ive been eating a lot today too. Its crazy. i have also had this thing where if i see food on tv i totally want to go there and eat it. I dont know im very werid. I about to go make mac and cheese. Ill probaly eat the whole box by myself haha.

Like if I eat I feel better? I dont know but than after I am done eating I feel like crap, and than 30 minutes later I am back in the cupboards..

Ugh. I do this too somedays. I dont know why, and I just cant stop myself, as much as I want to.

I swear, I have more cravings now than when I was pregnant. I dont know if its the bf or what.

I have been doing the same thing all day. I getup to switch the laundry or something and the next thing I know I'm lurking in the cupboards!   I'm now sitting here thinking about what I could eat.  

I hate days like that. I always feel so gross.

On Monday, I stuck my whole face in a pan of brownie mix and sucked it out. I didn't even use a spoon.

Ive done that on more htan one occasion  

i know what u mean. me and my dad went to mc donalds this afternoon. he gave me a $20.... and i gave him $3 back. and i was the only one that got food.

I do the same thing. I dont eat all day(mostly because I'm too busy or just plain not hungry) and them after the kids go to bet we eat whatever the hell we want!! Horrible isn't it!!
