If you 3 square meals a day binge eating is less likely to happen. Not eating breakfast is the worst thing you can do. If you dont get your metabolism going first thing in the morning it will be slow all day. So even if you arent hungry for breakfast, make yourself eat something small.

i do that, open the fridge, close it, say a little mantra, and hope to be surprised, and to no avail.

But I just can't eat in the morning..
lately I have been drinking those yougurt drinks.. does that count? LOL

I've had 5 cupcakes in the last 2 days. It's awful!!

I am a total binge eater. The act of eating is just so satisfying to me. Not even the taste but the texture, the smell, everything. It's terrible and I don't know how to stop. But it makes me feel good.

I DO THIS TOO!!!! HAHA...tropical fruit gushers are my fav...I love the orange and pink ones the best~ John gets so mad if he finds the box...I just say it was an old one I found in the cupboard or something. TMI, but it gives me green poops

I know I won't. AF showed up in the middle of night. I eat a hell of a lot more during that time then any another time. Yeah...I am making Brock go get me Taco Hell haha

 I do that too, usually it's with convenience foods too...cookies, crackers, chips...At least today I'm just shoving my face full of baby carrots...but what happens when I get to the bottom of the bag?  

Yesterday I went for a LONG walk with Adison...About an hour & a half, and what did I do in the middle?  Got a large ice coffee light and sweet at dunkin donuts...way to make up for the walk with a big drink of calories!

To the one that said she eats the cake frosting...I do too.  
Haha, I grab a spoon and the jar of chocolate frosting and sit ont he couch. I haven't done that since well before Lucas was born though.
