I'm just going to bring him to the docs tomorrow. I'm to scared to do anything myself and hurt his tiny finger.
Ill do warm sea salt compresses till his app.

My DD had the same thing at about the same age. It didn't look quite that bad though. I put breastmilk & neosporin on her finger a few times a day and within a week it was all cleared up.

My youngest DD had a finger that looked just like that about the same age! We took her to the pedi and they gave her an antibiotic. It cleared up pretty quickly
