I was like that the first few weeks. Then she hit a growth spurt and now I'm eating nonstop.

I get hungry, but a lot of times I forget to eat. I get busy knitting, cleaning or researching. I have to remind myself to eat often. Try setting an alarm for every 2 hours for a handful of grapes, or some carrot sticks. Just little somethings.

I was like that too right after I gave birth. I would say try to eat right after you feed your baby. So she eats, then you eat. Maybe that will help you with remembering to eat. At least grab a quick healthy snack during those times.

Mom has been bringing me grapes and other good stuff, but if it weren't for her I'd forget lol   I might try the alarm thing and eating after she does sounds good too.

I didn't eat the whole time I was in the hospital. And barely ate for weeks after I had DD. I think my body was just seriously adjusting. I went from eating every hour or so when I was pregnant, to not needing that much food anymore. I had to like re-train myself on how to recognize hunger haha

I was like that too after my daughter was born. I was so sick during my pregnancy and had constant heartburn so there were only certain things I ate. I thought my appetite would come back but it didnt! The day after we came home I drank lots of tea (I'm pure Irish lol, tea is my addiction) but I didn't remember to eat till about 5pm. I was just never hungry. I lost my baby weight within 2 weeks so a good few people thought I was doing it deliberately! I think she was about 4 months old before I got some appetite back, she's 10 months now and I'm still not back to normal. Only place I get really hungry is when I'm working lol, otherwise I guess I'm just too focused on looking after my daughter. Some days ill get hungry but others im just not.

I did that too, but also didn't breastfeed for too long so I wasn't too worried about myself. I was more focused on my colicy baby who was miserable. I began eating once I got him on the right formula and things settled down in routine for us. Try to make time for a quick snack here and there, especially BFing.
