for moms that had a vaginal birth their first time, then a c section their second time around what was tthe difference in recovery and experience for you?

I've only had a c-section, but my sister had a vaginal birth a year before a her recovery was far worse and longer than mine. I was back to normal and hardly any pain after a week and she was still struggling to sit/stand and walk and in pain for 3 weeks. She had an Episiotomy. xx
