Having a sweep?

I'm having a sweep 2 days before my due date will my baby be ok and will my labour be fine? has anybody had a sweep before their due date and everything went ok with their first babies? x

I had one with my first and absolutely nothing happened. With my third I had one on a Tuesday and had my ds two days later. You'll be fine it's a little uncomfortable though.

No one can tell you honestly.
I'm sure everything will be fine.
And there's not a 100% having your membranes sweeped will put you into labor either.

Do you think I should wait until I'm at least a week over due?
