Grilling Foods.

It's warm here again lately, so I've been grilling every night. I need some new ideas. What are some great grill recipes? The past few days we've had NY Strip, Garlic and Herb Pork Loin and Burgers, so I don't think I want to repeat those, unless it's steak cuz that's always good  

I like garlic and herb marinated chicken and kabobs.
Have you ever had grilled pineapple? so good!

Hot dogs, brats, BBQ chicken drumsticks, Veggie skewers with chicken or beef, or chicken wings (my favorite other than steak)

We marinate boneless chicken breasts in Italian dressing or in barbecue sauce. The A1 marinades do really well at penetrating the chicken and actually marinating in the flavor.

My dad usually cuts the breasts in half and then puts them in a large bowl with the dressing or marinade that morning so they have all day to marinate in the fridge. Then that night he grills it. It's amazing.

Salmon! We grill lots of veggies, like asparagus, squash with onions and peppers.

I haven't, but it does sound really good. I think I'll make some kabobs then and throw some pineapple on them too.

Oh and Cajun sausage. Slice it up and then put it in individual servings with squash zucchini, onions, and your favorite spices. Wrap the serving in foil and grill. Very good!

I tried grilling pizza once. I don't think I did it right. Actually, I know I didn't since the crust looked like the charcoal I was grilling with lol.

We make potato packets a lot. red potatoes, peppers, onion, mushrooms, fresh garlic, s&p and a little butter to keep it from sticking, wrapped in tinfoil to steam them!
