19 weeks with bloody mucous and spotting. .. tmi maybe

I will be 19 weeks on Monday. I just went to the bathroom and had some brownish/pinkish spotting when I wiped. When I went back to check again, I had some more brownish spotting and blood streaked mucous. Should I be worried? Im not cramping and hes been kicking and rolling around like crazy today. We haven't had sex recently so I know its not not from that. .. any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I would call your OB. Especially if you haven't had spotting throughout your pregnancy

Considering you're only 19 weeks, I would definitely call.

I would be freaking out. Does your OB have an after hours line you can call? I'd be getting checked out...

it could be normal spotting whatever that is. lol

but id keep an eye on it, if it keeps happend, maybe is a sub chornionic hematoma, i had one with Eli and had brown reddish pink spotting that was mucousy for a for a couple months.

If it were me I wouldn't worry. Baby is active and as long as you are not cramping you are probably fine. Brown blood is old blood

Yeah, that's what they say, but all of my miscarriages started with brown bleeding. Not tying to freak out the OP, but I hate when people say brown blood is harmless, because it isn't always harmless.

but her baby is moving around... brown blood can mean alot of things, i had it and never miscarried. it just depends, but any blood during pregnancy that isnt a typical thing for someone is alarming, and i would deff keep an eye on it, and call if it kept happening.

Well, since you've never had a miscarriage, you don't know what it's like to freak out at the sight of blood. Maybe you do, but not in the same way.

Go get ck out. Better to be safe then sorry. Just because ur not cramping doesnt mean a thing I starting spoting with ni craming and lost my baby dont saying thats what is going with you every ones pregnancy is different that being said its your baby go make sure he ir she is ok to be on the safe side good luck

Def call your doctor at the very least. Go in if you can and be checked. It could just be random bleeding that isn't a danger but no reason to risk it when you can go get checked to make sure.

I had some spotting around 8ish weeks and it was nothing. But I have had 2 miscarriages so I panic over everything. As soon as I get dd to sleep I am going to go.check and see of im still spotting and possibly call the dr. Im not sure if he has an after hours number though. If not I'll call the hospital and see what they think. Thanks ladies! Ive spotted with all my pregnancies, but usually much earlier than this.

I don't blame you for being concerned. I'd get checked out if you can. If it's nothing, it will ease your mind at least. Hopefully it's just a fluke.
