LO woke up last night at 1245. He was puking. He had been smurffing diarrhea all day yesterday and today. He hasn't kept anything down. Just wondering would you call now or wait tilt he 24 hour mark?

I'd call now. Wouldn't want him to get dehydrated and end up with more problems.
