is it me or is there a rash??

I've noticed a slight rash on my belly. Dh doesn't see it, but I do. And it itches. Not bad, but still. Its only on my belly, so I know its not an allergic reaction to anything (as far as I know.) What do you ladies think? And sorry if the pic don't show up, I'm on a phone.
